Dr. Srishti Rau is a licensed psychologist board certified in clinical neuropsychology and in the subspecialty of pediatric neuropsychology. Dr. Rau completed her pediatric neuropsychology fellowship at Children’s National Hospital and her doctoral internship at Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, two nationally recognized training hospitals known for their work with children with developmental, medical, and learning differences.
Dr. Rau previously served as a pediatric neuropsychologist in the Division of Pediatric Neuropsychology, Center for Autism at Children’s National Hospital where she developed extensive experience evaluating autism, ADHD, as well as complex medical and neurodevelopmental concerns.
She opened Rau Neuropsychology because of her belief that every child deserves an evaluation that is thorough, unhurried, and centered on who they are as a whole person. She is uniquely poised to help families understand their child’s profile and move toward meaningful support.
Dr. Rau lives in Montgomery County, MD with her family and dog. Outside of work she enjoys cooking new recipes, yoga, Zumba, and exploring area restaurants.
